Terms of Service for Scripts

These terms are an agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Quintaphon Services Private Limited, B 31/19 R Baba Complex, Lanka, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India - 221002 ("we", "us", "Quintaphon"). They apply when you buy or use Vidoo Store (the "Script") or anything else we sell on quintaphon.com, including support renewals and modules.

1. Who sells to you

You buy directly from Quintaphon Services Private Limited. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card details. We issue your invoice, and we handle all questions about payments, refunds and invoices: contact us through quintaphon.com/support.

2. What you are buying

• Vidoo Store: the full source code of the Script, a license key, and a private download link. The price is shown at

checkout and is $49 one-time at the time of writing. Taxes are added where they apply.

• Support: your purchase includes 12 months of support and updates, counted from the purchase date. You can renew

support for further periods at the price shown on quintaphon.com.

• Modules: optional add-ons sold separately. Each module is licensed to the license key it was bought for.

3. License

When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Script on one domain (your production website), on as many servers behind that domain as you need. You may also run copies for development and testing that are not open to the public.

The license is for life. It does not expire when your support period ends. The license is tied to the first domain that activates it. If you need to move it to a new domain, contact support and we will reset it, normally at no charge.

4. What you may not do

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, share, publish, or otherwise give the Script, its license key, or the download link to anyone

else, including as part of a template, theme, or other product you sell;

• use one license on more than one production domain;
• remove, bypass, or change the license check or any copyright notice;
• use the Script to break the law or to sell content you have no right to sell.

You may modify the Script for your own site. Changes you make are yours, but the original code stays ours and the limits above still apply to the changed version.

5. Support and updates

During your support period we provide help with installation, configuration, and bugs in the Script, and access to updates, through quintaphon.com/support. Support does not cover custom development, problems caused by your own changes, your server, or third-party services. After the period ends the Script keeps working; you can renew support at any time.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. A refund cancels the license.

7. Your account and the license check

The Script checks its license key with our license server when you save the key and from time to time afterwards. If the license is refunded, cancelled for breach of these terms, or used on a different domain than the one it was activated on, the admin panel of the Script is locked until the matter is resolved. If our license server cannot be reached, your site keeps working with its last known status.

8. Your content and users

You are responsible for the website you build with the Script: its content, its customers, its payments, and its legal compliance. We do not have access to your site or your customers' data.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe handles payment data as described in the Stripe privacy policy.

10. No warranty

The Script is provided "as is". We work to keep it free of errors, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the Script or these terms is limited to the price you paid for the item the claim is about. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses.

12. Ending the license

We may cancel your license if you seriously or repeatedly break section 4 and do not fix it within 7 days of our notice. You may stop using the Script at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought stays in force for that purchase, except for changes that are required by law or that benefit you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
