Refund Policy

This policy covers Vidoo Store and the optional support renewals and modules sold on quintaphon.com. It is sold and supported by Quintaphon Services Private Limited ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are issued by us through Stripe.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. If you do, we refund the whole price, including the tax you paid.

This applies to:

  • Vidoo Store (the script and its license, $49 one-time),
  • support renewals, and
  • paid modules, each counted from the date you bought that item.

How to ask

  1. Email or message us through quintaphon.com/support within the 14 days. Include the email address you bought with and your license key if you have one.
  2. We confirm the request, normally within 2 business days, and refund you through Stripe.
  3. The money goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to your license

When a refund is made, the license is cancelled. The license key stops working, the download link stops working, and you must stop using and delete every copy of the script. A refunded support renewal returns your support end date to what it was before. A refunded module is switched off for that license.

After 14 days

We do not refund purchases after 14 days, except where the law of your country says we must. If something is wrong with the script itself, we will fix it under support while your support period is active, and that does not need a refund.

Problems we can fix

If something does not work, please write to us before asking for a refund. Most problems are quick to solve, and we would like the chance to help. You do not have to wait: you can still ask for a refund within the 14 days at any time.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if there is a problem with a charge. Disputing a payment with your bank without speaking to us can delay your refund, and a disputed license may be cancelled while the dispute is open.

Changes

We may update this policy. A change never reduces your right to a refund for a purchase you have already made.
