Create romantic heart-shaped QR code cards with custom title, footer message, and high-resolution PNG download. Everything is generated offline in your browser with bundled fonts and qrcode.js.

Use the Download without title and footer labels option when you only need the heart artwork for social posts.

Getting started

Install Heart QR Generator and open the wide toolbar popup.
Enter a URL or secret message for the QR payload.
Customize the card title and footer text.
Click Download to save a PNG card.

Card fields

Card Title (default: Forever Yours, My Love) appears above the heart in script lettering.
URL or Secret Message becomes the QR data (defaults to quintaphon.com when empty in preview).
Footer Text (default: Sealed with Love) sits below the heart.
Download without title and footer labels exports QR-only artwork at 1100×1100 px.

Live preview

The preview renders a tinted heart mask with the QR code rotated 45° inside. Decorative hearts and stars scatter across the heart area (seeded layout). QR uses error correction level H at 280 px internally, with red modules on white.

Need help?

Very long URLs increase QR density; test scan reliability on a phone before printing. The popup is intentionally wide (about 700 px) for preview clarity.
