4. WordPress Development Services

For custom development projects:

• Project Scope: Services will be performed as outlined in the signed project agreement or invoice description.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary assets and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project completion.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (custom code/themes), while Quintaphon retains the right to use non-confidential elements in our professional portfolio.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The materials and services provided by Quintaphon are provided on an 'as is' basis. Quintaphon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quintaphon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (Google Chrome Store, WordPress.org, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own respective terms.
